The following renovations were done at this project:

- Dropped the ceiling in living room and Family room with new recessed lighting and beautiful Venetian Plaster

- We updated the kitchen cabinets, countertop, new porcelain tile floor 24×12, new backsplash, panel doors

- Wood flooring sanded, stained and polyurethane with beautiful shades of grey

- New lighting, switches and electrical wiring

- New baseboards

- All walls resurfaced and painted the entire apartment

- New custom made bar cabinet with beautiful white caesar stone and refrigerator

- We remodeled the entire master bathroom

- We installed Porcelain slab 1/4″  all edges cut 45 in the entire bathroom

- Built a custom made vanity with the same porcelain slab as countertop and around the bathtub and top

- Build new custom made medicine cabinet with LD lighting

- Updated the entire 2nd bathroom with beautiful large porcelain tiles and limestone slabs

- New custom made vanity and medicine cabinet

- Beautiful frameless glass shower doors

- Cover and relocate all the furniture in the entire apartment at all times as the owners of the apartments were living there through all the project
